How to make it
Clean and trim the ribs of any silverskin and excess fat. In a small bowl, mix together Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and the ketchup.
Place the ribs on a double layer of foil. Use half of the hoisin mixture and rub all over the ribs, meat side and bone side. Wrap up and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 300°F. Place the foil wrapped ribs bone side up on a baking sheet. Bake for 3 hours until 1" of bone is exposed from the cooked edges. Flip and cook another 30 minutes, uncovered. Remove and let rest.
When ready to serve, set oven to broil. Brush the remaining sauce over the ribs and broil bone side down until bubbly and slightly caramelized, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Serve.
