How to make it
Sauce Mix: Combine both Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil and maple syrup and mix until combined.
Prepare waffle according to package directions.
Deep fry chicken fillets for 4-5 minutes at 375 degrees F or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
Use half of a waffle for one portion, top with one fried chicken fillet.
Drizzle with Chiu Chow Chili Maple Syrup.
Note: Chiu Chow Maple Syrup may need additional stirring if separated.
