How to make it

  1. Fry wonton chips at 375 degrees F for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.
  2. Place fried wonton chips on the base of the tray.
  3. Top wonton chips with shredded cheddar cheese and the diced & grilled chicken breast.
  4. Bake tray at 375 degrees F for 3-5 minutes, just enough to melt the cheese.
  5. Remove from oven and top with halved grape tomatoes, cilantro and avocado.
  6. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Roasted Sesame Dressing and serve.
