Fry wonton chips at 375 degrees F for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.

Place fried wonton chips on the base of the tray.

Top wonton chips with shredded cheddar cheese and the diced & grilled chicken breast.

Bake tray at 375 degrees F for 3-5 minutes, just enough to melt the cheese.

Remove from oven and top with halved grape tomatoes, cilantro and avocado.

Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Roasted Sesame Dressing and serve.
