How to make it

In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, flour, salt, black pepper, and baking soda. Mix well.
Stir in green onion and zucchini. Mix well.
Heat oil in pan on high. Drop 2 Tbsp. of zucchini mixture into oil. Repeat. Cook zucchini until golden brown.
Dipping Sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, lime juice, parsley, and black pepper. Mix well.
