How to make it

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, flour, salt, black pepper, and baking soda. Mix well.
  2. Stir in green onion and zucchini. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in pan on high. Drop 2 Tbsp. of zucchini mixture into oil. Repeat. Cook zucchini until golden brown.
  4. Dipping Sauce: In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, lime juice, parsley, and black pepper. Mix well.
