Cook the thick cut wheat noodles according to the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. Set the noodles aside in a bowl. 
Add the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil solids, white parts of the green onion, Lee Kum Kee Less Sodium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, Chinese black vinegar, granulated sugar, and Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder to the noodles. 
Heat the oil from the Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil in a wok until hot. Pour the hot oil over the noodles and seasonings. Mix until combined. 
Garnish with the green parts of the green onion, cilantro leaves, and toasted white sesame seeds. Enjoy!
