How to make it

  1. Cook Chinese cabbage in boiling water until tender. Take out and squeeze out most of the water. Chop into small pieces.
  2. Marinate minced pork and shrimp. Stir in Chinese cabbage and divide into 12 portions.
  3. Wrap the filling with wrappers and form into wontons.
  4. Cook wontons in a large pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes or until done.
  5. Drain and put onto a deep serving plate.
  6. Stir in seasoning and sprinkle with celery and red chili. Serve hot.
