Add the avocado oil, rice vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce to a bowl. Mix until emulsified and set it aside for later.
In a large bowl, add in the romaine lettuce, shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, wonton strips, cilantro leaves, green onion, white sesame seeds, and shredded chicken. Toss until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve with the prepared dressing. Enjoy!
