Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and cut off the bottom stem so that it stands up straight.

Brush cauliflower with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce, spoon on the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and parmesan cheese.

Place cauliflower into an oiled Dutch oven. Cover and bake for 40 minutes until fork tender.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with more parmesan cheese.

Place into the broiler to crisp the top for 3-5 minutes, but don’t let it burn. Garnish with parsley and serve.
