Heat the oil in a pan over high heat, and stir-fry the wagyu beef until medium well. Set aside.
Add 2 tsp. of oil into the same pan, and scramble the eggs over low heat until half-cooked. Add the rice, stir and turn it over on low heat to break up any clumps.
Add the wagyu beef and Lee Kum Kee Deluxe First Draw Soy Sauce, stirring to combine. Stir in green onion over high heat until fragrance. Serve and enjoy!
