How to make it

  1. In a bowl, mix together the garlic, lime juice, fish sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Lime Cilantro Flavored Hoisin Sauce, brown sugar, lemongrass paste, and 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil. 
  2. Add in the shredded brisket and mix until combined. 
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil in a large pan over high heat. Add half of the brisket to the pan and spread it out in a single layer. Cook for about 1 minute then flip the brisket over onto the other side. Cook for 30 seconds then remove the brisket from the pan. Repeat this step to cook the remaining brisket. 
  4. Serve with rice and sliced cucumbers. Top with red chili pepper and chopped peanuts. Garnish with cilantro leaves and enjoy!
