Bring a large pot of water with a pinch of salt to a boil. Add in the pork belly and cook for 10-15 minutes. Remove and drain the pork belly.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add in the pork belly along with a pinch of salt and the sugar. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
Add in the yellow onion, mushroom, water, fish sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce. Mix until combined. Cook until caramelized and the sauce has reduced. Mix in the green onion pieces.
Remove from heat and garnish with white sesame seeds and cilantro. Enjoy!
