How to make it

  1. Heat oil in pan. Stir-fry onions for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce and the remainder ingredients, except rice.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
  4. Serve over rice. Garnish with chopped parsley and cashews.
