Heat a large pan or a wok over medium high heat. Pour the vegetable oil into the pan. Add in the mushroom and bok choy. Sauté the vegetables until they are tender and fully cooked then remove them from the pan and set them aside for later.

Pour the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil to the same pan then add in the onion, thawed carrots, thawed peas, and thawed broccoli. Sauté until the onion is translucent and the vegetables are warmed through, about 5 minutes.

Push the vegetable to one side of the pan, then pour in the beaten eggs onto the other side. Cook and scramble the eggs until they are fully cooked, then mix the scrambled eggs with the vegetables.

Add the rice, mushroom, bok choy, and bean sprouts to the pan. Stir until everything is evenly mixed together.

Pour in the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce and the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce. Mix everything together and continue to cook until the rice has warmed through.

Remove the pan from the heat then garnish with sliced green onions and white sesame seeds. Enjoy!
