How to make it

  1. Cook the soba noodles as directed on the package and then drain, drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and set aside until ready to use. 
  2. Add olive oil to a skillet and heat to medium. 
  3. When hot, add the tofu and saute for 5 minutes on all sides. Then add the broccolini and asparagus and cook down for another 5 minutes until softened up. 
  4. Next, add the baby spinach and cook for another minute until the spinach wilts. 
  5. Add the soba noodles back into the pan and give a few tosses.
  6. Add the black sesame seeds and tofu, then serve right away.
