How to make it

  1. In a small sauce pan combine sugar and water. Mix well.
  2. Bring sugar mixture to a boil. Lower heat and cook mixture until sugar is caramelized. Pour caramelized sugar right away into a small baking dish.
  3. In a blender, combine eggs, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce. Mix for 1-2 minutes and strain.
  4. Pour egg mixture into 8-4 oz-sized baking dishes.
  5. Steam egg mixture for 10-12 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit as desired.
