In a small bowl combine and mix together honey, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce, lime juice, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, fresh ginger root, fresno chili or jalapeno, scallions, and toasted sesame seeds.
Finely dice tuna into 1/4” cubes and place in a large bowl.
Pour the sauce over the tuna and mix.
Serve the mixture on rice crackers and garnish with cilantro.
