Mix the rest of ingredients (except oil and cheddar cheese) and season with Lee Kum Kee Kum Chun Oyster Flavored Sauce. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil, stir-fry the tuna mixture until fragrant and set aside.
Heat another 1 Tbsp. oil, pour the beaten eggs evenly into the pan and cook until 80% done. Add cooked ingredients and cheddar cheese on top of the cooked egg sheet. Fold in half. Ready to serve.
Brush the omelet with Lee Kum Kee Kum Chun Oyster Flavored Sauce as needed for more flavor.
