What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. sushi grade tuna, diced
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced

Marinade

  • 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Seasoning

  • 1 tsp. sesame seeds

How to make it

  1. Add the diced tuna to a bowl along with the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce and sliced green onion. Mix together and cover. Place in the fridge until ready to use. 
  2. Slice the cucumber and place onto a serving plate. Place 1 spoonful of tuna onto each cucumber slice and then top with sesame seeds. Serve right away while fresh.
