Boil the tteok according to the package until fully cooked.
While the tteok cooks, in a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine heavy whipping cream, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee White Pepper Powder and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce. Stirring occasionally, cook until thickened.
Add rice cakes to pot of sauce, then plate. Top with fresh cracked black pepper, paprika and green onions. Enjoy!
