How to make it

  1. Add 4 cups of water and 1 pack of Lee Kum Kee Tomato Soup Base to a large pot. Stir in fried tofu, shiitake mushrooms, tomato and bring to a boil. 
  2. Boil another pot of water and add the ramen, cooking the noodles until they are medium-well. Add the baby bok choy to the pot of ramen and bring the water to a boil, then switch off the burner. 
  3. Put the ramen in a bowl and pour over the tomato soup. Place the shiitake mushrooms, fried tofu, tomato, and baby bok choy on top of the ramen before serving.
