Boil the fusilli with water until it is thoroughly cooked. Remove from pot and drain. Blanch the beef with boiling water until half cooked. Remove from pot and drain.
Heat up a pan, add butter, and sauté the garlic and vegetables till fragrant. Add all the seasoning ingredients and water. Add the fusilli and let it cook till the sauce is evenly coated.
Add the beef slices, stir-fry a little bit and ready to serve.
Tips: May use other types of pasta based on personal preference.
