How to make it

  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a wok over high heat. Add in the egg. Allow the bottom to set then use a spatula to scrape the bottom of the wok. When the eggs are fully cooked, remove them from the wok. 
  3. Add the remaining ½ tablespoon of oil to the wok. Heat over medium heat. Then add in the sliced garlic and fry until fragrant. Mix in the tomatoes and cook for 20 seconds. Pour in the water and cook until the tomatoes turn mushy. Turn off the heat.
  4. Add in the cooked eggs, granulated sugar, salt, sliced green onions, and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Gently mix everything together, and enjoy!
