How to make it

  1. Pat tilapia dry and season with paprika and black pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook tilapia for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. Lower heat, add Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Stir and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened. Mix in lemon zest until combined.
  4. Return tilapia to the pan and spoon the creamy sauce over. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until heated through.
  5. Plate the tilapia, drizzle with extra sauce, and garnish with lemon slices & parsley.
