Thai Turkey Lettuce Cups

How to make it
Heat a pan over medium high heat. Pour in the vegetable oil.
Add the yellow onion to the pan and sauté until it turns translucent. Then add in the garlic and red chili pepper. Cook until the garlic becomes fragrant, about 30 seconds. 
Add the turkey into the pan. Cook and crumble the turkey into small pieces until it is fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour in ¼ cup of the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Lettuce Wrap and mix it together with the turkey until fully combined. Continue to cook the turkey with the sauce until most of it is absorbed. Remove from heat.
To serve, fill each lettuce cup with a few spoonfuls of the turkey mixture. Then add ¼ cup of Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Lettuce Wrap on top followed by julienne carrot sticks, chopped peanuts, and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges on the side and enjoy.
