How to make it
Preheat the oven to 400˚F. Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil. Place each flatbread on a baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, water, lime juice, fish sauce, brown sugar, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, ground ginger, black pepper, and salt. Then stir in the peanut butter. Mix until combined.
Spread some of the sauce onto the flatbreads, reserving a few Tbsp. for later.
Distribute the chicken, red onion, carrots, and mozzarella cheese onto the flatbreads.
Bake them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the flatbread is golden brown.
Drizzle the remaining peanut butter sauce on top and garnish with the chopped peanuts and cilantro leaves. Cut into slices and enjoy!
