Cook noodles according to package instructions. Strain and run under cold water, set aside.
In a large wok over medium high heat, add Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and wait till it gets warm. Add in the Thai chili paste and mix well. Add in bell peppers and fresno chilies tossing in the oil. Let them soften 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally.
Deglaze the pan with the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce and add in cooked ramen noodles.
Toss altogether and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes to reheat noodles.
Transfer to serving bowls and garnish with chopped scallions and roasted peanuts.
