How to make it
For the sauce mix, use a bowl and mix Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, and 2 Tbsp. water. Whisk to ensure sugar dissolves.
Season steak generously with salt and pepper. Add cooking oil to skillet over medium heat. Add steak and cook for about 3 minutes each side. Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
In a bowl, add rice noodles, sauce mixture, cucumber, and cilantro in a large bowl. Toss all together.
Add steak to the top of the noodles and sprinkle peanuts over dish.
