How to make it

  1. Marinate chicken thighs for at least 30 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Heat frying pan to medium heat. Place chicken thighs and cook till they turn golden brown.
  3. Lower heat and add sauce mix. Turn chicken thighs to coat in sauce. Cook till sauce is reduced and sticky.
  4. Cut it into bite-sized pieces. Serve.
  5. Tips:
    1) Cut any thick part of a chicken thigh into half to ensure the meat is of equal thickness.
    2) Best serve with rice.
