How to make it

  1. Combine Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce, water and lemon juice in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Mix cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, water and egg until smooth (batter mix).
  3. Season vegetables and shrimp with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip vegetables and shrimp few pieces at a time into batter mix.
  5. Deep fry vegetables and shrimp until crispy brown.
  6. Serve with Plum Sauce mixture.
