Place chicken wings into a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Add in the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce and toss to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for at least 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Place a wire rack onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade and place on the wire rack.
Bake the chicken wings for 45-50 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Remove from the oven when golden brown and crispy and fully cooked through.
Garnish with black and white sesame seeds and cilantro. Serve with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce. Enjoy!
