How to make it
In a shaker add fresh lime juice, tequila and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce. Shake for 30 seconds.
Using a lime wedge for fresh lime juice, run it along the rim of 4 glasses, place the cielito in a flat plate then season each rim.
Add ice, and jalapeno slices to all the glasses. Evenly pour the tequila mixture between the 4 glasses.
Top with pineapple soda and stir. Garnish with a pineapple wedge & jalapeno slice. Serve and enjoy!
