How to make it

  1. Add the chicken and a ½ cup of the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce to a bowl. Mix the chicken together with the sauce. Allow it to marinate in the fridge for at least 6 hours. 
  2. Thread the chicken, pineapple, and red onion onto barbeque skewers.
  3. Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat. Add the skewers to the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Brush the remaining Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce onto the skewers in the last minute of cooking.
  4. Remove the skewers from the grill. Garnish with cilantro and serve with white rice. Enjoy!
