How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 300° F. Place wire racks on top of two baking sheets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, sage, oregano, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, paprika, solids from the Lee Kum Kee Chili Crisp Oil, plus a pinch of salt and a generous pinch of pepper.

  3. At this stage in the recipe, add the crackers to the spicy mix and toss to combine. Make sure all crackers are coated in butter.
  4. Spread the crackers out in an even layer on top of the racks. Bake for 15-25 minutes until golden brown, turning them halfway through cooking.
  5. Allow the cracker bites to sit on the baking sheet until cooled and dry, about 20 minutes. Enjoy!
