How to make it
In a large bowl, combine lemon juice, chicken, brussels sprouts, olive oil, and the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling & Dipping Sauce until the chicken and vegetables are coated.
Distribute evenly onto a lined baking sheet, and roast at 425° F, until chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
Transfer to serving platter and drizzle with pan drippings. Salt and pepper, to taste.
