Cut the ribs into sections. Rinse the meat and drain the water. Marinate the ribs with 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Choy Sun Oyster Flavored Sauce for 1 hour for best flavor.
Add oil to a heated pan, stir fry ginger, green onion and pork ribs, add Lee Kum Kee Selected Seasoned Aromatic Vinegar, rock sugar, plus 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Choy Sun Oyster Flavored Sauce to cook until boiled. Cover pan and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
When the sauce thickens, add Lee Kum Kee Mushroom Flavored Dark Soy Sauce for coloring. Cook over high heat until the sauce becomes shiny and thickens, then ready to serve.
