How to make it

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine egg, ground beef, breadcrumbs, onions and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the mixture into 8 equal parts and form into individual meatballs. Deep fry meatball until done. Set aside.
  3. In a medium sauce pan, combine Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, water and seasoned vinegar (sauce mixture).
  4. Bring sauce mixture into a boil. Add in bell peppers and cooked meatballs and simmer until done.
