How to make it

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Flavored Sauce, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce and pork chops. Marinate for 2 hours. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine bok choy, potatoes and corn. Drizzle 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Toss until vegetables are coated.
  3. Grill pork chop and vegetables to perfection.
  4. Microwave remaining marinade with 1 oz. hot water until hot.
  5. Drizzle sauce over grilled vegetables and pork chop.
