How to make it

  1. In a pan with a little olive oil, slowly scramble the eggs on low medium heat. When the eggs are cooked, turn off heat but keep in the pan to stay warm. 
  2. Warm the tortillas and then begin making the tacos. 
  3. Add the scrambled eggs, black beans, cherry tomatoes, avocado and then drizzle them with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet and Spicy Grilling and Dipping Sauce. Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro and serve right away while warm.
