How to make it
Preheat the oven to 325°F. Cut the tops off the peppers and carve out a shape of a Jack O’ lantern in each pepper (eyes and a mouth) in each pepper.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, add the oil and wait till it gets hot. Add the turkey breaking apart with a wooden spoon.
Mix and cook with the onion and garlic. Season with the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce.
Cool slightly then stir in tomatoes, cheese and panko crumbs.
Fill each pepper with the turkey mixture. Bake, uncovered until heated through and peppers are tender, 20-25 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.
