Heat a pot with a little olive oil to medium heat. Once hot, add in the diced onions and cook down for a few minutes and then add in the Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and cook for another few minutes.
Add in the ground beef and brown for 2 minutes, mixing while cooking.
Add in the diced bell peppers, diced tomato, tomato sauce, beef stock, paprika, salt, pepper, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, and brown sugar. Give a big stir and cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
Stir in the minute rice, cover and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
