What You Will Need

Sauce Mix

  • ½ cup Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. ginger paste
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

How to make it

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a saucepan. Place the saucepan on medium heat to allow the cornstarch to cook for about 3 minutes. 
  2. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
