How to make it

  1. Blanch scallop in boiling water. Drain.
  2. Saute red chili in 2 Tbsp. oil until fragrant. Add asparagus, carrot and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in scallop, seasoning mix and heat through.
