How to make it

Mix pork with marinade.
Stir-fry pine nuts in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Set aside.
Saute minced garlic in remaining oil.
Add pork and stir-fry until done.
Add bell pepper, sauce mix and heat through.
Stir in pine nuts.
