How to make it

  1. Mix pork with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry pine nuts in 2 Tbsp. oil until golden yellow. Set aside.
  3. Saute minced garlic in remaining oil.
  4. Add pork and stir-fry until done.
  5. Add bell pepper, sauce mix and heat through.
  6. Stir in pine nuts.
