How to make it

Mix chicken with marinade.
Parboil celery and carrot in boiling water. Drain.
Stir-fry pine nuts in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow. Set aside.
Saute red chili in remaining oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Add celery, carrot, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in pine nuts.
