How to make it

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Parboil celery and carrot in boiling water. Drain.
  3. Stir-fry pine nuts in 2 Tbsp. oil until golden yellow. Set aside.
  4. Saute red chili in remaining oil. Add chicken and stir-fry until done. Add celery, carrot, sauce mix and heat through. Stir in pine nuts.
