Cut mushrooms to thick slices. Mix mushrooms, sliced beef, and the seasoning sauce well.
Heat up 3 Tbsp. of cooking oil in a wok. Pan-fry mushroom over high heat until both sides turn golden brown. Same way to cook beef slices. Then place mushrooms and beef on a plate.
Heat up 1 Tbsp. of cooking oil to sauté Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, green onions and red chili till fragrant. Sprinkle them on top of mushrooms and beef. Ready to serve.
