How to make it

  1. Heat oil on high heat and sauté the sliced ginger, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce.
  2. Add the red and yellow bell peppers, celery, abalones from Lee Kum Kee Deluxe Abalone in Abalone Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Bouillon Powder Flavored with Chicken (No  MSG Added) and Shaoxing cooking wine and stir-fry.
  3. Finally, add in the Sauce from Lee Kum Kee Deluxe Abalone in Abalone Sauce and the corn starch slurry and cook until thickened.
