How to make it
Beat the eggs. Soak mushrooms till soft, drain. Slice mushrooms and set aside.
Add water to eggs, stir in Lee Kum Kee Concentrated Chicken Bouillon, and mix well. Strain the egg liquid into a bowl. Add mushrooms.
Using same bowl, steam eggs over medium heat for 13 minutes. Remove bowl from steamer, sprinkle eggs with green onions. Ready to serve.
Tip: For a variation, add minced pork or cellophane noodles to further enrich the flavor and texture.
