Add water and seasonings to the egg and mix well. Strain the egg mixture through a sieve onto a deep dish.
Fill a pot with water and place a steam rack inside. Bring the water to a boil over high heat.
Steam the egg mixture over high heat for 2 minutes.
Place the sliced abalones from Lee Kum Kee Abalone in Premium Oyster Sauce on top of the egg and steam for an additional 2 minutes. Turn the heat off and leave for 3 minutes with the lid on.
Pour the sauce mix over the steamed egg and Lee Kum Kee Abalone in Premium Oyster Sauce and sprinkle with green onions.
