What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • Steak 4 pieces (about 8oz. /each)
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking oil

Marinade

  • 3 Tbsp. garlic (chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Sriracha BBQ Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey

How to make it

  1. Put steaks into a big bowl.
  2. Mix all ingredients will and add steak. Marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Heat oil and pan-fry steak until golden on both sides. Depending on personal preference, steak maybe cooked to your level of readiness. Serve.
