  • chili powder, optional

Sauce Mix

  • ___Hoisin BBQ Sauce___:
  • 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/3 cup Lee Kum Kee Hoisin sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce

Dressing

  • ___Ginger Scallion Relish___:
  • 1, 2-inch piece of peeled ginger, cut into thin matchsticks or finely grated
  • 8 scallions thickly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves finely grated
  • 1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp. finely grated lime zest
  • 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
  • salt

How to make it

  1. To make the Ginger Scallion Relish, mix all the ingredients together under dressing.
  2. To make the Hoisin BBQ Sauce, stir together all the sauce mix ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Grill hot dogs and place in lightly toasted buns. Spoon barbecue sauce on dogs and then top with the ginger scallion relish. Add on cucumber and sprinkle with chili powder if desired and serve.
